- Bring a favorite snack or comfort item
- Choose outfits that are comfortable and easy to move in
- Keep expectations low and energy light

We don’t expect your kids to pose (unless they want to), otherwise, we guide them through movement, play, and connection.

“What do I do with my hands?”

We’re there the whole time, gently directing while giving space for real moments to unfold.
